1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777vx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 777vx.pro and all associated services, features, content, and applications offered by 777vx.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777vx platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 777vx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

777vx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met, with immediate effect and without prior notice. Any balances held in ineligible accounts may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 777vx platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one 777vx account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 777vx is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain up-to-date account information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 777vx support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777vx will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• KYC Verification: 777vx reserves the right to request Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

777vx reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

777vx processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, debit cards, credit cards, cryptocurrency, and direct bank transfer.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 777vx platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is specified on the Cashier page and is subject to change at 777vx's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of network confirmations.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. 777vx reserves the right to extend this timeframe in cases requiring additional verification.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
• Wagering Requirement on Deposits: In certain promotional circumstances, deposited funds may be subject to a minimum one-times (1x) wagering requirement before withdrawal. This condition, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the relevant deposit or promotion.
• Transaction Fees: 777vx does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777vx accepts no responsibility.

Any deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. You must only use payment accounts that you own and are legally entitled to use.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777vx offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all 777vx bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players unless stated otherwise. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only, one per household or IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 777vx is governed by the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet on 777vx, you agree to these rules unconditionally.

• Bet Placement: A bet is accepted and binding only upon confirmation being displayed on-screen and the corresponding deduction being made from your account balance. Verbal or informal communications do not constitute accepted bets.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international fixtures). Settlement will occur once the official result is confirmed, which may be after the conclusion of play.

• PSL and Cricket Markets: For Pakistan Super League and domestic cricket markets, settlement is based on the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable. Rain-affected matches with reduced overs will be settled in accordance with current ICC and PSL playing conditions.

7 Casino Games

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or scrape data from the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which 777vx offers markets.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly in poker or live dealer environments, to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Intellectual Property

11 Responsible Gaming

777vx is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

777vx's decisions in respect of bet settlement are based on the official results declared by the relevant sporting governing body and are not subject to revision on the basis of subsequent unofficial information.
